Food & Beverage Minimums
Food & Beverage minimums apply for all partial and full buyouts at Fireside. This minimum includes Food & Beverage only and does not include corkage fees, service charge or additional labor or rental fees. No room rental fees apply. Any unmet Food & Beverage minimum will be billed as a room charge.
Service Charge
A 22% service charge (inclusive of gratuity) is added to the Food & Beverage total and applies to the full F&B minimum, even if minimum is not met.
Guaranteed Guest Count & Dietary Concerns
Your event’s guest count is taken when confirming your reservation. You may update this guest count up until 3 business days prior to your event. Should you have any guests with dietary restrictions please let us know when making your reservation we can accommodate these needs we need to know at least 3 days prior to your event anything past that we may be unable to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. You will be called three days prior to the event, (please ensure that we have both a work and mobile number if we need to reach you on the weekends,) and on the day of the event itself to check on final headcount, details, etc.
Should you cancel within the 72 hour window it will be a 20 dollar per person charge to the credit card on file. If the number in your party goes up or down, your card will not be charged, but please alert us of any changes as soon as possible.
Billing Details
In order to hold your reservation we will need to get a credit card to hold on file no charge will be made till the day of your event. Final bills will be closed to the card held on file unless noted otherwise. Final bills may be split among up to three credit cards. Copies of final receipts may be provided the following business day upon request.
