For the second event in our "Fireside First Sundays" series, The Fireside teams up with Mark Bitterman of The Meadow for a bitters-fueled evening of discussion, dining, and drinking! Join us for an animated presentation on the unbridled flavor of bitters wrapped around a three-course dinner, complete with inspired cocktail pairings by bar manager Sue Erickson. Mark and Chef Henry Kibit tasted their way through The Meadow’s more than 200 cocktail bitters to create a mouth watering menu that incorporates bitters into every aspect of every dish. This promises to be a fun and eye-opening event, and you will take home some new ways to incorporate bitters not only into your holiday cocktails, but in your snacks and dinners as well!
